I have shopped at MHB for over 15 years. I recently bought a new bike there. They just keep getting better. Their expertise and desire to get the right person in the right bike is second to none. Jordan has evolved into a fantastic expert who wants to see you in the right bike for you. MHB's online system is pretty incredible for a small bike shop. Their extensive inventory is all on line and more like what you would expect from a big city bike shop. They have nearly every accessory you could possibility want for your bike. I couldn't be happier with the service and the match making that Jordan did for me and my new bike and accessories.

Very unique experience. The whole family working. Snacks and drinks provided while you wait and think. Allowed to proof ride as much as needed. Patient with indecisive customer (me) even though it was busy. Open, honest advice. Left with a totally different bike than I thought I wanted but after biking to work every day this week, I know without a doubt this is the bike I needed. Very positive experience, well worth the 1,5 hour drive!

i have been a customer of yours for over 8 years and purchased 3 new giant bikes in that time frame.there are numerous places out there where one can purchase a bike,but it is the level of service that you have that has made this relationship what it is.you guys have demonstrated time and again the willingness to go the extra mile for me.the fact that you are only a few miles from me is very fortunate.i sing your guys praises to all my friends and know personally of people who you sold bikes because of this.
